Amendments to the Rules of the Board on Professional Responsibility

On December 15, 2022, the Board on Professional Responsibility approved amendments to Board Rules 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 6.1, 7.17, 11.2, 11.9, 17.4(e), and 19.8(e), which were formally promulgated, effective January 19, 2023, by Board order dated December 20, 2022.
